What am I doing during the run-up to New Year's Eve? I am mulling over the events of the past year and considering where I have made mistakes, where I have treated somebody wrongly or overlooked somebody during all the hectic day-to-day activity. I can think of several – which gives me a guilty conscience – and accordingly these greetings especially apply to them.
